We require all new appointments to have a valid credit card on file in order to reserve time with a stylist. We respectfully request a minimum of 24-hours notice if you must cancel or rebook an appointment. Cancellation without adequate notice will result in a charge to the card on file equaling 50% of the scheduled services. No show appointments will be charged the full amount of all scheduled services to the card on file. If we are unable to collect this fee then it must be paid prior to booking your next appointment. Arriving for your appointment 15 or more minutes after the scheduled time may result in diminished services or the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee applied, both at the discretion of the stylist.

For your child’s safety and protection we kindly request that children only visit the salon if they are receiving services.
